Initially the price to get in was nearly $5K! By the end, it was $99. Just
after that, it got bundled with scanners an any attempt to get rid of the
inventory. I still have a copy although I only have one Mac left that can
boot into OS9 (no thanks).
Believe it or not, there are still some users out there that have older
Mac's around just to run Live Picture.
LP used a file format called FITS. In a way, it was the precursor to
metadata editing we have now using raws where you build a set of editing
instructions, then render the pixels at a later date.
