I recently sent in a question regarding TAC in ISOnewspaper26V4. I was experiencing a problem when converting, where the TAC was only reaching 213%. I got this reply (among others) and thought it was worth sharing.

Dear Eric, Use perceptual RI and switch off black point compensation in Photoshop. Then it will work fine. Best regards Uwe Junglas Dipl.-Ing. Consulting Director Ifra
