Yea, I hear you. Me either.
But, come on, let's have a show of hands: how many people actually *read* the EULA before they click the "I agree" button? Or (more importantly) would actually understand it even if they took the half hour (minimum) needed to read the jargon-rich, impenetrable, endless run-on sentences that usually compose it? (And we all have whole chunks of half-hours to blow to kingdom come like that, right?)
How many?...I thought so...
