Roger, fully agree at this point with you...
eyeone pro has some few ugly issues affecting precision (much thanks for sharing knowledge, Graeme !) and i am simply afraid, that isis yet will not be better, than DTP70 .... but DTP70 is gone, this is reality and i really hope, that next generations instruments will have X-Rite engineering power again... :)
And related to LED illumination - note wide spectral illumination in PlateScope (very impressive unit, congratulations X-Rite !!), which is RGB, UV, and IR capable; and is powerful and compact too..
