Epson 9500 print size inaccurate?

Does anyone know what might cause a sizing inaccuracy on the 9500. My prints are 1/16 of an inch short. (20x24 becomes 20 x 2315/16. Can't find an alignment for this. It appears to be happening on paper but not canvas. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
