Hi Marco,
I tried the "licensing" options several times and now It seems to be a
bug in the 4.1.2 version, as sometimes I get the "old" computer-id and
sometimes I got the "new" one.
Best regards,
Lorenzo

I'm trying to upgrade my basICColor Display from 4.0.0 to 4.1.2 and I'm
getting problems with the "machine-id" generated by this software. Each
software version report a different machine-id and, of course, the
protection routine doesn't allow me to install it. I "love" this copy

Does anyone have (or had) the same issue I have ?
As a registered user of the same software, I had exactly the same problem recently. I contacted Karl Koch (<email@hidden>) and Jon Meyer (<email@hidden>), and received new TANs and licenses.
Apparently, it's due to the fact that the newer version generates a different machine ID number from the earlier one.
Goood luck.
