As I rummage around OS9 I can see different profiles have different names,
some in different areas, and different folders.
Is there a way to tell if I have all profiles transferred before I get down
the road to discover something is missing somewhere?


You can do a search on your hard drive(s), for all ICC profiles. Then,
you should look at the description tag ('desc') of each profile with
ColorSync, to see what a profile actually is and if you need it. Or,
you can just transfer every profile you find in the ColorSync folders
to save some time.
