Yes, I'm in agreement with Jan-Peter,
As you feel you've matched the colors well perhaps all you need to do it some curve edits to the profile to bring it in line with your process?
Most of the editing tools will allow this implicitly or explicitly. I would suggest a more advanced editor that has explicit curve editing capabilities as it would (hopefully) edit only the curves in the profile. All profile LUTs contain Lab and CMYK (or whatever device space) curves along with the actual LUT data. Editing them should be fairly non-destructive.
