I think it is not intentional; the certification web page in the midst
of changes right now and I'm sure it will be cleaned up. The sad fact
is that the number of end users who attempt to calibrate their systems
precisely to SWOP or GRACoL (or even care one way or the other) is
exceedingly small, so making the tolerances widely available to the
general public is has probably not been a high priority at
IDEAlliance. That said, SWOP and GRACoL could and should make this
information easier to find - consider this duly noted and forwarded to
the respective organizations.
