Because many of them (a) simply refuse on principle any need to update their
services to include color-managed techniques and (b) want to keep alive the
belief in their own indispensability, as well as the income stream from
laminated proofs that inevitably follows from this way of working.

Now call me cynical for believing that... ;-)
