So if it did support RGB-to-CMYK device links, then it would be possible to set up a conversion where you could map non-neutrals to one normal profile, while holding neutrals to the mapping of a Maximum GCR profile? Interesting. Can you describe more how you would set this up, and what control it would be possible to have for interpolating the near-neutral areas? And with what device-link package?
I've been doing this with actions, but am not completely satisfied with the mitigation of the near-neutral areas that don't fall clearly into one domain or the other.
