Roger,

I think I may know what happened, I just went through this myself. Spyderprint can make great profiles but......I think this is only a problem with an Intel Mac on Leopard, when you are printing the test charts through the Spyder app the Epson driver (3800in my case) defaults to color syc and you have to turn it of in the color matching module. If you are on a Mac running Leopard I suspect that may be your problem.
