CMYK printing is very different from RGB printing. CMYK printing provides
the absolute same results in all CS apps. RGB printing, well, is not the
same. Nothing we can do about that. I lobbied the InDesign development team
all I could to rectify the situation to no avail. Something with the
internals of how InDesign interfaces to an RGB driver that is fundamentally
different from how Photoshop and Illustrator do it. I admit I had to give
up.
