;-) It should not be expected that /none/ of them is trained well enough.
It is perfectly possible that none know how to do this, since
it's not a standard adjustment (ie. as a field adjustment it
had to be invented to solve this specific problem, at least in
the Canon camp.). The other "trick" to using copiers was to average
the calibration from both edges. Calibrating from one side of the paper
exacerbated the side to side uniformity issue.
