Todd,

Does anybody know of a better way to create quadtone profiles? Am I crazy to want a quadtone option in my profiling application?

I can't say whether you're crazy or even whether it will do what you want (I haven't tried) but you might try Argyll. http://argyllcms.com/

It has complete black generation controls that at least supposedly will do anything you ask them to. And I can say from fiddling with it quite a bit that similar black generations settings in Argyl and Profiler don't give the same result. so it's at least different.

Anyway, the price is certainly right.
