Okay, so I oversimplified the case when I stated it was a representation of
the color output of the press. Of course, what you say is true and your
point is well taken, but I feel the intent of my original statement remains
true: Color adjustments for an image should not be made by tweaking/editing
a profile as a substitute for ³compensations on press². They should be made
to the image directly.
