Since the underlying processing color space for Camera Raw is ProPhoto
primaries (linear TRC) and it exports to ProPhoto encoding, I'd stick with
that. There's nothing you're printing to that comes close to exceeding that
color gamut. Just keep the work in high bit (more than 8-bits) as much as
possible.
