IF the application sends 16-bit data. Currently, the only one I know of is Lightroom beta 2.0 (Photoshop doesn't yet).

The Leopard Epson drivers have this capability too. Canon has an export
module within Photoshop to pass the 16-bit data to their driver.


ImagePrint also sends 16-bit data.
