Hi list members,
Currantly we use EFI Proof Paper 9190 Matt making hard copy proofs
(ISO12647-2 Paper type 4). We find it excellent and are now interested
in making proofs for Paper type 1 and 2 as well using EFI paper. EFI
Offset Proof Paper 9100 Semimatt seem like a good choice.
However, I want to know the gloss value (ISO8254-1) of both 9190 and
9100 before making any decisions. Does anyone on this list have these
specs?
I don't know the gloss values, but I know that the EFI 9100 is certified
as semi-mate proofing paper by Fogra, i.e. it has to full these
requirements:
L*: >= 95
a*: -2 ... 2
b*: -4 ... 2
Gloss: 20 ... 60 %
EFI 9190 is not in the FograCert list.
see <http://fogracert.fogra.org/index.php?menuid=15>
