There is no such thing as a false profile. What are you trying to accomplish?


In brief, I can change the gamma of a document in color settings by changing the gamma of, e.g., Adobe RGB from 2.2 to, e.g., 1.5. This has an immediate affect on the document...

You realize if you're assigning this profile, you're not changing the numbers at all despite the preview change.
