SpectraShop 2 has a graph feature where you may choose the h value for
an axis. By putting one set of specimens in one list, another in the
second list and clicking the "Set1-Set2 pairs" checkbox you will have
the items in the two lists joined by connecting lines, the length will
indicate the size of the difference. This works for h(ab) and h(uv).
There is also a difference tool that will provide a numeric value for
the difference.
The program is available from http://store.rmimaging.com/spectrashop2.aspx
. In the demo mode it will be fully operational for the graph and
difference tool, but it will have a 10 specimen limit.
Contact me off-list if you have any questions.

Delta H? Is anyone using Delta H for quality assurance?
