The Difference tool in SpectraShop 2 also displays a graph of the spectral difference. This may be what you are looking for.

SpectraShop 2 may be found at http://store.rmimaging.com/spectrashop2.aspx

Ideally I'm looking for a kind of "pass/fail" system for that uses an i1 or
my Xrite 528. I thought it would be a long shot but if I could get something
that exists that was quick and simple that used a reference and sample
method it would be ideal. I know that Measure Tool will give me ∆H as a
number but I would also like them to see the deviation graphically as well.

I might be able to make what I need in Excel but I would have to have them
import the measurements and I have been down that road with them before. The
simpler the better.

makes sense. many hand held instruments will display LCH.

But what sort of graphical representation were you looking for?
