Jonathan,
You can use PatchTool to do this; you can compare data file, look at their
differences in DeltaH*, and set two thresholds to filter the data (you can
also use Delta-h*, or DeltaC*, or many other parameters). For any selected
parameter you can see stats on the error distribution. You can select
CIELAB, CIE94 or CIEDE2000 as the error formula..This may not be a graph,
but it gives the same information.
