Hi -
Has anyone calibrated their new iMac 24" monitor. I've used Profilemaker 5.0.8 with an Eye-one Pro and wonder about the monitor brightness. The monitor was delivered at full brightness - about 340 cd/m2! At minimum it is about 240. This is still much brighter than our standard at the Library.
The white point is 7100K. After calibration the eye-one measures it at 7200K. I haven't figured out any way to use monitor controls or the Apple calibration procedure (advance mode) to specifically decrease the blue a little and increase the red a little.
Comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
-Barry
