That's the odd thing, these values should really be determined by the
people who are putting the ink on the paper.
As soon as you see rich black values specified to one percentage point
the alarm bells should sound.
I do find it interesting that an old default value taken from an RGB
to CMYK conversion in Photoshop should be afforded equal provenance to
printer-derived solutions like the traditional 40C 100K shiner.
