Aren't we being pissy today, Steve? You actually expect Apple to
grandfather in older API's and keep things working?
I wonder whether it isn't possible to create some Applescript
"Application" bundles which would encapsulate the old stuff and keep
it around and working - some people may otherwise feel that they
cannot transition to Snow Leopard for production purposes.
As we all know, batch scripts, Apple Scripts etc often contain encode
mission critical production workflows, which is why they were written
in the first place - anything else is not worth the time to automate.
