or the fact that VISTA was a flop.
What a great flop!! It's sold at least 6 times as many as Snow Leopard, and
goes from strength to strength in it's latest marketing guise - Win7. ;)
Come on, let's have some common sense in this. I read this list to learn
about Macs, their good points and bad, not to bash them or to listen to
people bashing Windows.
Perhaps Apple has got something going behind the scenes to improve CM
generally, but I would have thought that the days are past when one small
(?) computer company can dictate to the mass of vested interests in CM. I
found it interesting that it was Canon who teamed up with MS to produce the
WCS scheme. And we musn't forget that it was Linotype-Hell who produced the
CMM that is the guts of both Colorsync on the Macs and ICM1/2/3 on Windows.
Who know where the next big advances will come from?
