Hi Ryan
10.6.4 cured my issues with printing through CS4 and CS5 has also worked fine for me. I haven't tried i1 Match but have tried ProfileMaker, which is the same profiling engine basically, and ColorMunki. The only thing I noticed in CS5 was that the No Color Management option has gone so you have to set Printer Manages Colors, and then in the Print dialogue the Color Matching will be set to Epson Color Controls, which you then set to No Colour Adjustment.
It works fine, no cast. Try updating the OS.
