Forgot to mention the paper. I will use Epson Standard Proofing Paper.
That's what I am using for proofing.
Epson code: S045082
I will wait 24 hrs before measuring.
I don't have a PatchTool also but what I will do is to post saved pmp
spectral data files on my ftp so everyone can download and analyze
data in whatever app they want.

Sorry, forgot that we have scientists here. I will print ang make

when I have a minute.
Great.
I will use both non uv i1pro rev D (year old with minimal use as I
have 4 of
them) in iO rev 2 (2 weeks old) and non uv isis A4 rev A (about 3
years old
but recently re-certified).
Really good information. If you find differences, it is between YOUR
devices in their current state. A general statement is not possible
without sampling a representative "population" of i1:s and iSis:s.
I will print a chart for eack spectro and read each chart twice.
Twice is a start. But it really depends on the standard deviation and
the size of the differences that we would want to significantly
detect.
Which chart should I use? Is 918 RGB from Bill Atkinson enough?
It will be enough, make sure it's a random layout. Make sure it fills
the paper to get data from all edges (spatial differences). Let the
charts stabilise enough to ensure no drifting during measurements.
Or anyone has a different preference?
The output from PatchTool got most of ot

Provide the data so that anyone who has it can report it.
Spatial differences
(http://www.babelcolor.com/main_level/screen_shots/PatchTool_Compare_view2.htm
)
would be handy to catch differences due to e.g. compensation or lack
of it (mentioned by Graeme) or due to "full arm stretch syndrome"
(FASS) *just kidding* for the iO. I don't know if the thresholds in
PathTool are hard coded? I don't have PatchTool.
Good luck
