when we say "corrected" we should first agree on the aim for such a
correction both as a physical reasonable measurement and with a visual
meaning

Karl's was a fairly sweeping statement, and while the reality is
that nothing
can be perfectly accurately known or modelled, in the end it is
a matter of degree. The better known and modelled FWA/OBE is, the more
likely such a model is to be able to address practical concerns -
yes. To say
that it's not possible to make worthwhile improvements in allowing
for the
effects of FWA/OBE using software does not accord with my
measurements and
experience, or the experience of others.
