My ignorance. All along I was at 4.1.10. 4.1.28 sees the PA just fine.

Sounds like some troubleshooting might be necessary. There are some OS & App
combo interactions that seem to play nicer than others. I'm not sure of the
combos. You might speak with our tech support next week, when Pat Herold is
back from vacation.
