Since the FM100 test probably was not originally specified in Munsell HVC values, then it is entirely possible no one has taken the time to make the measurements and convert them. There used to be some kind of conversion program on the Munsell site but I cannot remember if it went from Munsell to RGB or from CIE values to Munsell. Either way I cannot seem to find it so you may be stuck trying to get HVC for the FM100 test.
