A lab that I manage just saw the same bug for about 8 out of 20 users
on the same day at the same time last week. It has not reoccurred
since. The lab is all Snow Leopard 10.6.4 with CS5 and current patches
up to about Oct-2011 and an OS X 10.6.4 server. I think it is related
to the bugs documented here:
http://discussions.info.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1538720&start=0&tstart=0
Up to this point we literally have not had an occurrence of the PS
network save bug in over a year.
