I don't know where to ask this, but hopefully someone here might know the
answer.
I ran the IDEAlliance Control Strip (2009) and read it into MeasureTool.
In MeasureTool, the top row is labeled A1, A2, A3, etc. through to A27. The
bottom row is B1, B2, B3, etc. through to B27. So the rows are lettered, the
columns are numbered. This matches the visual of the control strip, which
has the top row labeled A and the bottom is B.
In the text file that MeasureTool saves, the top row is A1, B1, C1, through
to 2A1. The bottom row is A2, B2, C2, through to 2A2. The opposite of
MeasureTool, here the rows are numbered, the columns are lettered.
Anyone know why the discrepancy in how the results are named? Does this
serve a purpose that I'm just not aware of perhaps?
