Hi Edmund,
I¹ve already tested 3 units of Colormunki more than 2 years ago and I can
confirm bad interinstrument results on "blacks" of LCD (luminance range
under 0.25 cd/qm).
I think no wonder of Colormunki if official specification for Eye-One Pro
spectrophotometer talks about 0.2 - 300 cd/qm usable range...
Otherwise the same datasheet presents really different range of 0.02 - 3000
cd/qm for colorimeter Eye-One Display2.
I have no information if x-rite publish officially some technical
specification of Colormunki but we shouldn¹t forget it¹s "low-end"
instrument.
