You won't stop noticing if you use third party filters that expect Apple to be properly colour managing the user interface.
Take Alien Skin Exposure as an example -- it's unusable in 10.8.3 with a wide gamut monitor profile.
The only workaround that I can see is to manually set the display to emulate a working space like AdobeRGB, ditch the hardware calibration and just build a simple monitor profile.
No need to waste money on hardware calibrated displays and calibration kit any more -- because 10.8.3 makes everything work like an iMac (or iPad)
