I will play devil's advocate as a photogrpaher:
ACR as a filter (that's potentially HUGE)
Shake Reduction
Improved Smart Sharpening (I have to do more testing, in the past, not so smart. At least the UI is improved)
Improved upsampling algorithm
IF I didn't use Lightroom, I'd add the new ACR features like UpRight, Lab read out etc.
These photo centric features make it difficult to not justify CC FOR ME although there are issues with subscription I don't like. I don't like the same restrictions I have from Verizion either but I'm not about to stop using an iPhone!
Again, this is so simple. It's a business proposition: you either want or need the new features (and more ARE coming <g>) and you'll pay, or you're so put off by it, you move on. Pissed at Adobe? Stop using their products. That will show em.
