Do you think that somebody, who delivers a SWOP file,
- has a calibrated monitor ?
- will be able to judge color accuracy ?
Roger is fully correct to say:

Whatever output the client gets from that point on is academic. The client is presented with the bill along with its output and that's the end of the story. Next!

It’s the only possible way to manage it when you don’t want to lose time and money. Those who care about color will educate themselves, ask **you** for the best approach and won’t use default settings. All others will accept whatever you deliver.
