IF you could walk the walk or talk the talk, the ability to print targets through the CS utility, without color management wouldn't have been lost on you! Been around since at least Mavericks if not earlier but I don't expect you to take my word for it. Or to fess up to the fact many of us have know about this for years:

Open the target image in Colorsync utility, use command P to get to the print dialogue box, then choose the option to "print as color target". This gives a "no color management" printer workflow.
Adobe Color Print Utility mentioned by others also works well.
