The short answer is that the color response of the printer appears to be
constant enough in the various modes that a single profile is likely to be good
enough for all modes for most uses.
Of course, only you can decide if "good enough" really is...but this is a very
simple test for you to make. Pick a representative-but-challenging picture that
either you're working on now or are otherwise familiar with. Print it at the
different settings you're considering. Lay the prints side by side.
If you can't tell the difference, or if you can but you don't care about the
differences, use the cheapest and fastest mode.
If you _can_ tell the difference, and if you're not satisfied with the
best-quality print, get a new spectrometer and build your own profiles.
