There's a difference in printing photographic images and solid color patches.
When we build output profiles, we print and measure lots of solid patches.
Profiles reflect what that.
Much depends on the image itself, and it's native resolution too. Even when
using Finest Detail which Epson says makes no difference on a print with
photo's. But one should test this, as Jeff Schewe did:
