This version of SynthTest adds the first implementation of preset
support. As far as I know, it's the first public implementation of
presets using the guidelines we came up with on this list.
SynthTest will scan the ./Library/Audio/Presets/Mfg/AUName directories
for presets and will automatically save there. You can also save to any
location by holding option while clicking the Save button. And the Load
button puts up a standard open file panel. I'm not sure I am happy
enough with the current user interface model for preset management, so
I will probably be playing with that over the next few weeks.
Almost all of the preset code is encapsulated into what should be a
fairly reuseable AUPresetManager class. Right now, this class is
somewhat tied to the UI model. As I experiment with different models,
I'll be working to make AUPresetManager as generic as possible while
keeping it easy to use.
