Midi notification problem with MOTU FastLane

i,

I'm using the Motu USB Midi driver on Mac OS 10.1.2 with a Fastlane with a
simple CoreAudio Midi program.

I'm testing the Notification system to be notified when the system setup
change.

With my program running, i plug/unplug the USB cable from the Fastlane.
Notification are correctly received by the program but after some
plug/unplug, the program does not work any more, i've got sometimes the
following error :

*** malloc[522]: error for object 0x6b110: Incorrect check sum for freed
object - object was probably modified after beeing freed; break at
szone_error

sometimes no error.

In both cases the MidiServer thread is dead, something like:

544 con- Z 0:00.00 (MIDIServer)

Is it a known problem, a bug in the Motu USB driver or a problem in CoreAudio?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Best Regards

Stephane letz
