Ah, I think I get it now - my intention was to encourage, or avoid
discouraging, anyone on the list who wanted to do CoreMIDI in a Carbonized
app. Seemed to me that the words below implied this was problematic. I think
that what Kurt meant was just that one needs to compile separately for
Mach-O if one wants to do CoreMIDI without frameworks-from-CFM tricks. But
of course, making two targets is no big deal... tastes great...less filling.
