Added to this of course is that the data file dependencies if running
on different machines (like sample banks, etc), also have to be taken
into account...
I think the only way we are going to answer these questions is to lay
down the challenge of achieving such a goal!

The problem with VStack is that the plugin's GUI must run on on
the plugin machine. A GUI which could run on a separate host would
mean the sequencer machine could run all the plugin GUI's while
relegating the DSP tasks to other machines.
