Your application cannot have a Creator Code of '????'

Probably because they have no bundle or Creator Code.
OK
I don't have access to a Digi 001 or any other hardware myself, but if I
select System Preferences > Sound > Output
on my computer it says:
"Built-in audio controller"
Shouldn't Digi 001 or any other hardware that are installed on the system be listed there?
Then selecting either of them would be the deafult audio output?
