Well, Philippe Wicker was the first to report this specific set of problems, in
a post titled "Troubles compiling AudioFilesTools", back in August, which
received no reply.
I reported the same problem independently, on 23rd November. Lots of posts have
been responded to between those dates, and subsequently. So I am not convinced
that vacations are the source of the silence!
