I don't see where else it supposedly reports that it accepts 2 I/O channels, but that's what the messages seem to indicate. (There's apparently some "default" format involved somewhere?)


Any thoughts where I might be going wrong?


Yes: "Default Format of unit does not match reported Channel handling capabilities"

Check the archives, this has come up and been answered numerous times...
