In case anyone searching the archives cares, this is a version of the USB
MIDI class driver:
/Developer/Examples/CoreAudio/MIDI/SampleUSBDriver
My drivers pre-date the sample, so although I've skimmed it, I (obviously)
didn't realize it implemented the class specification.
