What about DTS data streams?
I know that DTS streams are typically the same bit rate as 16/48, or half that
these days now that the quality has dropped. You can use a PCM stream at
16/48 (or 16/24?), but you would want the application to set hog mode to
prevent mixing other 16/48 streams. Will DVD Player handle all of this? (or
does it not have the DTS sticker/badge :-)
